Registration Opens - Thursday January 9 @ noon
Registration Closes - Thursday January 16 @ 8pm
Lottery and Email Notification - Friday January 17
Spot Acceptance - Please refer to the email you received
LOTTERY
Students will be selected randomly through a lottery. You will be notified of the results on Friday, January 17. Please ensure your preferred contact information is accurate-if you are offered a spot, you must respond by Saturday, January 18, at 8 PM. If you need to update your information or have any questions, please contact Trace VPA at [email protected].
WAITLIST
If you are not offered a spot, you will be informed of your position on the waitlist. EMD & Choir rehearsals are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, January 21, and we plan to finalize all spots before then. Folklórico start is TBD, but spots will also be finalized at that time.
