❋ The Sign Up WindowTo minimize stress and maintain equity and fairness, we are now offering a signup window for our VPA programs!
The Trace Visual and Performing Arts (Trace VPA) will be running two sign up lotteries this month.
Before School Programs: Fall Early Morning Drama (EMD) and Choir
Lottery sign up opens Thursday, August 13 and closes Monday, August 17.
After School Programs: Band, Orchestra, Folklorico, and Mariachi
Lottery sign ups will happen next week - more info to come soon!
❋ The LotteryAfter signup week, students will be selected randomly through a ranked choice lottery. You will be notified of the results soon after registration closes. Please ensure your preferred contact information is accurate - if your student is offered a spot, you must respond within 48 hours or it will be released to the next student in line. If you need to update your information or have any questions, please contact Trace VPA at contact@tracevpa.org.
❋ The waitlistIf your student is not offered a spot, you will be informed of their position on the waitlist.
